Register Online Before Arriving at the Hospital – Fast, Easy and Skip the Queue. 

Online registration is now available! It is a convenient and user-friendly way to get started with visitation registration at home or on your way to visit/fetch your loves one. Pre-registration can be made up to one day in advance of your visit.

How to Register Online

1. Please get patient’s details ready

• Patient’s full name (as per NRIC)
• Patient NRIC (for outpatient visits or day procedure)
• Ward and bed details (if patient is admitted) 

2. Fill in your name, NRIC and contact details. (For contact tracing purposes, do ensure your contact details is accurate and up to date)

3. Fill in patient details

4. Enter the Captcha

5. You will be requested to complete a short health declaration.

6. Upon completion of your health declaration, your registration status will be shown, press “Ok” to exit or “Add visitor” if you wish to register more visitors (max 2 pax per registration).
