Jurong Community Hospital provides post-acute and continuing care services mainly in the inpatient setting, focusing on providing care for patients with rehabilitation or sub-acute needs. We aim to facilitate continued recovery for the patient to return to the community with restored medical and functional capability.
We accept referrals from other hospitals and partnering nursing homes.
